Planning without denture duplicates

With R2studio Q and QVD the vertical dimension, the occlusal plane and the tooth set-up are defined digitally — no duplicate denture, no wax rims, no facebow. Ai Smile Creator is used so the patient can see where the work is going before deciding.

Stackable: one base, three jobs

• First level — fixation with pins and, where needed, controlled bone reduction.
• Second level — implants placed at the planned sites.
• Third level — transfer of the provisional into the correct occlusal position.

Immediate loading

The provisional is milled from PMMA in its final design, from the same file as the guide, and comes with its own seating jig. The decision to load immediately stays clinical and yours: the plan shows what is predicted for primary stability, the torque in theatre tells you what actually happened.

Timing. These cases do not fall inside the 5–10 working days. The time is given in writing per case, before the work starts.
