Planning service

Guided surgery never stalled because clinicians were unconvinced. It stalled because it asks you to buy, learn and maintain a piece of software for five or ten cases a year. That is the part we take off your hands.

What you send

• CBCT as DICOM — the whole folder, not an export to images. A field of view covering the implant site and the opposing arch.
• An impression — an STL from an intraoral scanner or a scanned model. If you work conventionally, send models.
• The R2 tray, if one was used for the scan.
• What you want done — sites in FDI notation, implant system, surgical kit, and whether there will be immediate loading.

What we do

We superimpose the DICOM on the STL, wax up the final restoration digitally, and place the implants where the prosthetics want them. Digital EYE gives a bone-quality reading at every site, and the drilling protocol that ships with the guide comes from that reading — not the manufacturer’s standard sequence, but the one that suits this patient’s bone.

If something is wrong in the files, you hear it from us. We do not plan on a CBCT with scatter or with the tray displaced, and you do not discover it on the day of surgery.

What you get back

• The plan, opened on your own computer for approval — within 48 hours.
• The surgical guide, in 5–10 working days after approval, within Greece. The exact date is confirmed case by case, at the moment you approve. Shipments outside Greece are quoted per shipment.
• Faster delivery is possible by arrangement, at a corresponding charge.
• The drilling protocol and the instrument list.
• The prosthetic work, with its own seating jig, if immediate loading was ordered.

The approval is yours

R2GATE Lite is free and runs on Windows, macOS, iPad, iPhone and Android. It downloads your case; you rotate it, measure, move an implant if you disagree — and approve. No video call is ever required, and nothing goes to print without your yes.

When we will call you

There are four situations where we insist on speaking to you, because a wrong assumption costs more than a phone call:

1. When the available bone forces either a sinus lift or an implant clearly shorter than the one you asked for.
2. When immediate loading is requested but the primary stability the bone predicts will not support it.
3. When the restoration you describe cannot be built on the sites you have asked for.
4. When the CBCT or the impression has a problem that re-planning cannot solve.

What it costs

The fee depends on the number of implants, the type of guide and whether prosthetic work is included. The price list is sent on request — we do not publish prices on a page your patient also reads.
